Families Supported
We have three hostels located in Portsmouth that provide Supported Accommodation for 24 families and 7 single women.

Referrals to our hostels come directly from Portsmouth City Council.
​
If you are homeless or worried about becoming homeless, contact Homeless Needs and Advice at Portsmouth City Council
​
We also have 10 social housing properties in the Portsmouth area ranging from one bedroom flat to three bedroom family house. At present these are fully occupied .
Programs
Support Services
Support programs provided at St. Paul's House and St. Monica's House are provided by The Salvation Army and are tailored to each client's personal needs.

PCHA also provides supported temporary accommodation for women in our Somers Road property.
​
Support Programs cover a range of life skills required to maintain a future tenancy such as budgeting, cooking and health and safety at home.
Maintenance
PCHA have signed up to the Decent Home Standard and ensure that all our properties are maintained to a high standard.
​
With the assistance of our dedicated maintenance contractors we aim to respond to all repairs within three working days (non urgent) with urgent repairs carried out on the day of reporting.
​
Hostel Clients can report all repairs on maintenance boards located outside our office and property tenants can either call 02392 297877 or email admin@pc-ha.co.uk
Events
60 years of St. Paul's House
In 2026, we will be celebrating the Diamond Anniversary of
St. Paul's House. Although the building had extensive alterations in 1999, we are currently in the process of revamping and modernising the hostel to suit the needs of the families that live there.
